Your Arwen cosplay is really amazing! I've seen a lot of people that have tried to cosplay her, but you really stand out! I am going to cosplay Arwen too, that's why I have one question, I hope you don't mind: Since I see you have fair skin, how did you get your face so flawless? What kind of foundation did you use..? Or did you use light reflecting powder? Also.. this might be a really weird question.. but, do you wear a bra under your dress? Because I don't know what others do.

I had a sneak peak at your page and noticed your selfie, I think you're off to a good start as you're very pretty! I think you'll make a gorgeous Arwen!
As for the make up, I'm afraid my advice will not help you as the majority of the products I use are Finnish. They're by a company named Lumene. They focuse of paler skin tones and their Nature Code -line in particular gives a great finish that doesn't turn orange or brown on the skin. My best advice for you would be to find a good light liquid foundation and a very light shade of mineral based setting powder.
And yes, I do wear a bra, a seamless smooth one that doesn't show though the fabric.
