thats unique and awesome! i dont know of anyone else who did that and i've been looking around a lot!
since there are two could she be a fusion? her eye brows could potentially be a second set of eyes (and not all fusions have more than two eyes) (actually i just saw you answered a similar question but i'll leave it here to show how interesting you are)
what gems fused to make her?
and since they ARE gems are they functioning? gems are magic but even they have limitations and i can totally imagine her using those wonderful chains in place of hands.
ps. sorry for all the questions, she's unique and i like to understand. i may ask more if more come to mind.

And yes, she is a fusion! Of Moonstone and Kunzite. (Yes that is a second set of eyes, good catch! )
She actually almost always uses telekinesis to float and lift things and barely uses her limbs in general.
