Description
Here are an assortment of the main Pantheon, actually sketched now. I've been working on these two pieces since like... April or something. Haven't had any gumption to finish them. I am still unsure of inking them, as they both need a little more wiggle room and I don't feel like light-tabling this.On top are the girls, mostly finished for quite some time.
Bella (note that she looks tall, but she's floating and her feet aren't even touching the ground), Melissa, Lynne, Cricket, Sandy, Alyx, and Natascha.
On the bottom are the guys, who I had about 2.5 of rough sketched until today, finished this up.
Chris, Nigel, Martin, Paxton, Geoff, Becket, Rex. I know Pax is leaning.

Is that Becket one and the same as FEAR 2's protagonist? Dang, I never noticed him in the story. Guess I didn't exactly expect him to be part of the psychic club. I've seen him more as an average joe, even though he had the whole Harbinger thing going on.

Yes, Beckett is there, though not really in the role you might expect: he is in the Belly of the Beast chapter, "Mikey" who is up with Bella's team before they make their way down into the Containment Unit. He's a bit less noticeable because he's not all gun-toting - he's a minor empath with a pretty good range. Something that in Fear 2 was exploited with the surgeries and such.
We've yet to meet most of the other Harbinger team, though Betters and Moralez do make their appearances. To me, the two of them are equitable to Griggs and Sheckley in hl2, they're not really as comedic but they do a strong support role.
Some canon characters may only make very brief appearances, though.

This is so cool! You draw sooo much better than me...I think I've already read almost all of your fan fiction, and I'm so fucking jealous of Melissa D:

Yer human skills make me all kinds of jealous. XD I'm always impressed when people can draw so many people characters and actually make them look different without having to make them really cartoony or the like. lD

Sure but then I never draw them again. My style, I guess, is great for one-off things, but even when I was doing some sequential art (Triptych was 50 odd pages before I stopped inking) it's kind of difficult for me to even remember features and how to put them together. But I'm glad you like them

You show this NAO?!?!?
You little cheater!
What great sketches!
Bella is a bit of a surprise, I've never seen her with glasses, else perfect. (If you have ever mentioned her with glasses, it slipped my mind.)
Your sim versions were really good! But THIS?
Your sketches are really... I mean =>REALLY<= good!
Maybe it's because I was born next to pencil and paper, I can keep them better in mind than your sims.
(Don't want to minor you work there, though).
Just an idea, and just a wild guess:
Sometimes authors put an alter ego or a cameo into their work.
Looking at your sketches I would half guess (IF you'd EVER had the idea of putring yourself into this at any chance) you are Natasha.
Strong, cool... (tattooes under the shirts that is... ).
Again... just a wild guess... else... neurotoxin...
easy...
or Alma... hard and painful.

lol Well neither Bella nor Natascha are my creations actually. They, Sandy, Rex and even Wilson are technically created by shmuck over on the Fear forums. I took his ideas and ran with them (with permission obviously). But yeah Bella has glasses, early on I'm pretty sure I mentioned that no one knew whether they were purely cosmetic - though that MAY just be from my prep work. Melissa is my mary-sue, obviously, though Natascha would be hella fun to actually BE, given her powers and all.
Thank you for the compliments!

See? Probably I missed those glasses. (Lia, you're getting old. Cause I am pretty sure that 'glasses' part was in my first reading section - two times - cough. *lol*)
No thanks neeeded, you totally surprised me with that nice [some people don't like the word *nice*...REDACTED]
...with that cool sketches!
Ah! Yeah, I redognizes your 'Melissa'-touch. She IS really cool. I also have an aptness to Natasha... but she is scary, but fair... well, in the way she and all the others had the chance to grow up.
But they all had no choice... they were chosen to act like gods without the permission of being gods.
(Prewarning: I am still at chapter 16.2/3).

Unfortunately many of these characters hardly get any air time in later Intervals. I've been trying to nudge a couple of them back into the story here and there, though.
.... And you still need to play hl2 don't you. Y'know, to understand half of what I'm getting at with some of the characters lol!! I mean, on their own, I'm glad the story holds up and everything, but sometimes it really does rely on knowledge of all three games to get the irony

To the first part: Taking care of all characters is hard. It's like jiggling to keep a balance. I write plays, it is nearly the same but the fact that my plays are not that long as a full novel you write. And still, some characters have to be limited. What I do is keeping those extra character 'features' or ideas in my den/shelter/hide/desk (find the decent word for it).
To the second:
No, never played F.E.A.R.
No, never playes Half Life (add #)
Yes, playes Portal.
I never needed it to reading your crossover fanfic.
OK, without Portal I would never have read yours.
But I am clever enough to cope with Alma or some other folks there without playing HL2 or F.E.A.R.
P.S.: Some days ago I was in a store. They sold a quarter-life-size Alma with a baby in her womb.
It was scary. And it wasn't well crafted. But I thought! Hey! NOW I know, where Alma comes from!
Before I type you to death...
Reading the mesaages over reply/reply...
Is there a way to exchange infos via the usual communications links? (No facebook) lol

Lol the statue! If I had the money - and it was available in the USA without such a hassle (since it was for the European market only, if you saw it in the States it's because someone imported it after it shipped) I might have picked that one up.
Sometimes what I will do, though, is take dialog and throw it to another character or in a different situation. Obviously, it'd have to fit properly in its own context, but with that added dimension to back it up, anyone who has played all 3 games (and presumably, also has a ridiculously good memory for them lol!!) will possibly get a chuckle out of them. That's why I will be putting up annotations eventually, someday-maybe.
It also helps to have played the games, in order to give stronger voice imagery. I mean, I can imagine the Gman's speech patterns, the depth to Paxton's voice, Kleiner's squeaky sounds, but only because I've played those games so much.
Don't I already have your email? We're on steam though right?
