TDH EPISODE 1: The First Day of Cruel Part 1
[Christeen appeared on the screen, standing close by the Bus of Self-Pity. She smiles towards the camera, which immediately zooms in on her.]
Christeen: Hey! Welcome to the very first episode of Total Drama Highschool! If you couldn’t tell, I’m Christeen McLean, here to host this bad boy! Let’s not waste time, we have students to give the ol’ “Freshman Welcome”!
[The bus behind her takes off, off-screen, and soon drives back to the same spot. The doors open, and out comes a girl wearing all black clothing and glasses, her skin pale and her hair messy, with a messenger bag on her shoulder.]
Christeen: Hey there, Samantha! You’re the first contestant on Total Drama Highschool. Do yo—
Sam: Call me God! Or Sam, I guess.
Christeen: [Scoffs] Okay, fine. GOD, do you have anything to say to our viewers?
Sam: My l33tness is over 9000!
Christeen: Okaaaay…next student! You can go sit over there at the Detention Hall…God.
Sam: Pwn!
[The bus leaves again, returning with a new camper. Out comes another pale-skinned, dark-haired girl with a bang covering one side of her face. She runs out of the bus.]
Brittany: Nyaa! [Hugs Christeen]
Christeen: Watch the hair, uh…chick-who-makes-animal-sounds…I don’t remember your name. Anyways! Go sit over there. [Points to Sam]
[Brittany frowns, walking over to the Detention Hall located under the awning, sitting next to the first contestant to arrive. She pokes God’s shoulder.]
Brittany: Hiiiiiiiii.
Sam: [Turns around] Hey. [She turns back]
Brittany: [Frowns again] Don’t I know you from somewhere?
Sam: Yeah, you came to my house once to go to James’s party.
Brittany: [Tilts her head] James has a sister?!
Sam: [Yelling] I was the chick who hung out with you while walking our dog!
Brittany:
…
…
…Oh.
Christeen: [Shrugs] Well, speaking of your brother!
[The bus goes around again, a short brown-haired kid with glasses walking out.]
Christeen: Yo, James! What’s up?
James’s Bat: Kill them!
James: [Whispers] Shh! [Unenthusiastically] Hey.
[Looks towards other contestants] Sam and Britt are here? Whoa!
[He walks towards them and sits across from Sam.]
Christeen: Alright, enough of that. Here comes…
[The bus parks, and the doors open.]
Christeen: Alexis!
[Alexis, a girl with long dirty blonde hair, steps off of the bus, looking around.]
Alexis: Uh…hey.
Christeen: Hey! Are you…er…
Alexis: …
Christeen: [Facepalms] Just…just go sit over there.
[Christeen gestures her to the seats where the rest of them are. She walks over to them, waves at the three people sitting down really quickly, and sits on the other side of Sam, close to the group.]
Christeen: Right! Next person…Jamie!
[A girl with short brown hair skips off of the bus, wearing clothes of black, white, and blue. She kisses Christeen on the cheek.]
Jamie: MWAUH!! Alright! Where's the art room!?
Christeen: [Wipes the kiss off, annoyed] Sit over there!
Jamie: Okay! [Skips over to the Detention Hall] Hi people! How many of you like to…DRAW?
Sam: Yeah, baby!
Brittany: [Franticly raises both arms] Ooh! Ooh!
Alexis: [Nods with a smile]
Jamie: Awesome! [Hugs everyone, then sits behind Brittany.]
Christeen: Hopefully this next contestant will be better…and not touch me…
[The bus is still there.]
Christeen: Why haven’t you left yet?
Bus driver: [Points to back of the bus.][A girl walks out.]
Christeen: Oh, who are you? You look kinda young for a freshman…
Lindsay: I’m Jamie’s sister! I’m not a freshman! I'm in the 8th grade!!
Christeen: [Looks through list] Oh, here we are…We liked you enough in your sister’s audition, so we went ahead and put you on the show, too. Happy pre-freshman year!
Lindsay: … [Reluctantly walks over to the other students and sits to the right of Jamie.] YOU put me up to this.
[The bus circles again. An incredibly tall guy walks off of the bus, so tall that his face is completely off-screen. As he steps off, he hits his head on the top of the bus.]
John: Ow!
Christeen: [Looks up] Hey, John! Uh…where’s your face?
John: I know where it should be. [Looks at Christeen’s shirt.]
Christeen: [Wraps her arms around herself] There is NO hope in these freshmen…Eh, at least you’re not touching me. Go over there and join the group.
[John walks towards the contestants, smirking at them deviously.]
John: Well well well! All girls here? [Wiggles fingers] And…that one dude. GIRLS!
Brittany, Sam, Alexis, Lindsay: …
Jamie: Hells yeah!
John: Alrighty then! [Sits beside Jamie]
Christeen: Next up is Sarah!
[Out of the bus walks a girl with her hair tied back, curly, and with a straightened bang]
Sarah: Hey!
Christeen: Hey, seemingly normal student! Go meet your friends and enemies for the next couple of weeks!
Sarah: Oooo…kay. [Walks over to them, sitting next to Brittany] Hey! [Hugs.]
Brittany: Heylo! [Hugs back.]
Christeen: Now let’s introduce…Andrea!
Andrea: [Walks off the bus.] Hello! [Looks around, annoyed.] So…we’re living HERE for the next…whatever amount of weeks? This…sucks. [Puts hands on hips, walking towards the other students, and sitting behind James.] Oh well, could be MUCH worse.
Christeen: I hear that! But you haven’t seen the worst of it yet!
Andrea: Oh, great…Well…hi guys.
Everyone: [Greets, waving and saying hello.]
Christeen: Ready for another new face, guys? Introduuucing…
[The bus pulls up.]
Christeen: …Vera, the Russian girl!
Vera: [Walks off of the bus, looking around, and smiling.] Hi peoples! Wazzup?
Christeen: Wow, it’s uncanny how opposite you are from the last person who came off of the bus. [Points to Andrea.] Why don’t you go sit next to her?
Vera: Okaay! [Walks over to the gang, sitting next to Andrea.] So who’s next?
Christeen: Everyone’s favorite Salvadorian, Bryan!
[A guy with black hair and a light-colored face walks off of the bus.]
Christeen: Wow, you don’t look Salvadorian at all! Isn’t that a Spanish country or something?
Bryan: No, we speak Spanish, but we’re not Spanish!
Brittany: So you’re Mexican? 8D
Bryan: Ohh great…I JUST got here and I’ve already got a nickname? Graah!
Brittany: 8D
Christeen: Riiight…Well, time for another Spanish-speaker! Here’s Humberto!
[A semi-heavy guy with VERY puffy hair covering his face walks off of the bus. He talks a little like he’s high.]
Humberto: What did I miss?
Brittany: [Rolls tongue] Humberrrrrrrto! There was a big party! And the sky fell! And the neurotoxin transmitter turned everyone into rabid, talking donkeys! Also, a water gun fight!
Humberto: Oh, okay. [Sits down next to Bryan, who is sitting next to Vera.]
[Another girl steps off of the bus, dark-skinned and wearing a party hat and a glow stick around her neck that looks like a battery.]
Jeanette: Fire the old people, Jeanette is here!
Christeen: Jeanette! What’s up? [High fives.] Guys, this is The Party Girl! She’ll be pretty much the only fun you’ll ever have here! Go sit down!
Jeanette: Sure! [Walks over to them and sits behind Andrea]
Christeen: Kevin, you’re up!
Kevin: All right, here I am! [Dances his way past Christeen towards the campers] Hey, buddies! [Sits down behind Vera, next to Jeanette]
[The bus circles again. A tall-ish guy with short hair and glasses walks out of the bus, carrying his backpack.]
Christeen: What’s up, Shawn?
Shawn: Hey. Nothing, and yourself?
Christten: I think it’s pretty obvious what I’m doing!
[Shawn walks off, sitting next to Kevin, and out of the next bus comes a tan-skinned girl with her hair brown and curly.]
Triana: [Chewing on gum] So this is it? Does it have a pool and stuff?
Christeen: Yeah, but you’re gonna have to get past the seniors to use them!
Triana: Oh, cool… [Goes over to sit in the last seat of the row, next to Shawn.]
Christeen: Four campers to go! And the next is…Ryan!
…
Christeen: …Ryan?
[The bus speeds towards Christeen, screeching as it nears the bus stop. A guy with short dark brown hair is clinging onto the top of the bus, a bomb strapped to his back.]
Ryan: KOALANAKWA! I’M A KOA-LA!
[The bus suddenly stops completely, the friction throwing Ryan forwards]
Ryan: OH SHI-!!
[Flies off-screen, crashing into a bush, the bomb setting off on him.]
Christeen: …I smell a catch phrase! AND a psychotic freshie! Welcome, Ryan…Er…Koala! I like you already.
Ryan: [Walks over sluggishly, entire body charred] Koala? I’M A KOA-LA! [A bird flies into his face] OH SHI-!! [Falls over]
Christeen: …Okay! Sit over there behind the girl with the party hat so we can FINISH this introduction!
Ryan: [Gets up from floor, bird flying away] Uh…Okay. KOALA LIVES ON! [Runs towards seat way in the back, behind The Party Lady.]
Christeen: Now to wait…for…
Ernesto: [Waiting for Christeen to notice him.]
Christeen: Ernesto…to…get…here. Uh, sorry.
Ernesto: No problemo! [Pokes Christeen’s stomach]
Christeen: Yeah…Go meet those guys. The weirdos over there.
Ernesto: Alrighty! [Walks over in front of all of the desks, waves to the other freshman, then moves to the back to sit next to The Bomb Guy, Ryan.]
Christeen: Bianca! The Artist! You’re up for greetings.
Bianca: [Walks up to Christeen, a sketchbook in one hand and her bag in the other. She looks around at the other contestants.] …Well, by the looks of it, I don’t think I’m the only artist!
Christeen: Yeah…we’ve already been over that. Next camper! Waldo!
[Christeen looks at the list of campers, making sure the name was correct.]
Christeen: Uh…Waldo?
[She then looks around, not seeing a bus approach.]
Christeen: …Where’s Waldo?
Jamie: Is that I pun, I hear?!
Christeen: Nah, he just didn’t show up…Oh well, we brought spares!
Introducing our final camper…
Clover!!!!
Clover: [Looks down] Ugh! I stepped in crap! Hey, get that camera off of me! [Puts hand over the lens]
Christeen: I sure hope that IS crap! Now, kindly take that last seat, so I can announce…the teams! [Dramatic music]
[The final camper takes the last available seat, in the back, way on the left. Christeen steps in front of the desks, now holding two closed scrolls.]
Christeen: Alright, guys. The teams are decided…By where you’re sitting right now. Here is team one:
Christeen: You guys will be known as…

Jamie: I’m not on the same team as my sister? RADICALLL!
Lindsay: For once, I agree!
Christeen: As for the rest of you…
Christeen: You guys are…

Sam: What kinda crap name is that?
Christeen: At least it isn’t your team, huh? Now, for our first challenge…Next episode!

Sam: …Okay. [Pulls out a yaoi manga from her bag and starts reading it]
