Actually if I remember the commentary I believe backset drivers was his favorite, it's my favorite because it involves the Tallest more than usual and they were doing lots of funny things in the episode.
'Zim Eats Waffles' comes in a close second to me though

I like her character, but her plan was kind of bland really, it should have been more drawn out and complicated.

The ten minutes to doom would have been horrible if it would have been allowed to kill Zim and turn Dib into him
