It's funny. I'm outside the time flow and despite uploading it years ago I don't feel anything. Many people have praised and faved it and moved on with their lives. And in some weird way I feel like it was yesterday like it's still 2008 or 2009 when I uploaded it here.
I didn't do almost anything with it in all those years and saw many people copying what I have here and using it for their own benefits.
Time is moving and I'm still in the past.
To cut this short, since the time I created them I had and still have plans to upgrade it all, to make it better, more awesome. And time is flowing and I'm not doing anything with it. If you look carefully there is SSJ4 on this picture. But it's not something you would expect normally.

As for your questions. Yeah it's ok to create customs, that's what base sprites on another picture are for. Crediting me is always nice, many people don't do it. They just use it without even mentioning me or notyfing me. I found many galleries myself with sprites just like mine here.
Second question's connected to first, yes I see no problems with publishing your creations in your gallery. The most important thing is your creativity. You musn't lose this spark. And yes crediting me for source of your inspiration etc would be nice.

1. Few people asked me that question, they tried to do some sprites themselves and gave credit to me after that.

2. I already did something like that... guess I did not upload it here yet.

Well I'm somewhat inactive too.
I didn't upload anything for a long time, but someday I will I just don't know when. You know, sometimes you feel like it and sometimes you don't.
Most of the time I have many other things to do.

Don't you want to create cape or hood yourself? Don't you think you would be more proud out of it if you did?

Yes i would be proud....but i suck,, i believe,,, just look at my gallery i cant even do 10 sprites who are the same size

To be better you need the experience and If you need the experience you should do more of them.
Search for references in other sprite styles not only LSWBL that I'm using. There's a ton of different styles you can learn from and improve upon yourself.
I have a shit ton of different sprites from different games etc. on my PC to try something new once in a while to improve and learn.
Same goes with other spriters out here in DA, there's a lot of them.

As for people that tried to build something new upon style that I use for example check user named Galacticruler. Once upon a time he did a lot of sprites experiencing with what I uploaded here in WiPs.
There was few others but I forgot their name currently, one uploaded picture with A LOT of sprites very very similliar to what I have in my gallery.

I just use MS Paint when I do my sprites. I'm dealing with pixels so it's enough for me.

Lightning animation? You probably mean my profile picture. Another user did this for me when I made a request years ago. Few other people made such request and got similiar animations.

Hmm... I'm rather shy guy... or maybe not...
Anyway it's hard for me to keep constant contact with people outside my hmm... comfort zone? Dunno how to name it. You know, the easiest way is with people you know personally. With internet dudes and dudettes it's harder. Especially if they're foreigners etc.

But one thing is certain. I'm here. I'm visiting this place. Time of my answers may wary. From mere minutes, hours, days to even months.

Well I need to revamp this deviation... Chaos has only two layers on his skin if I remember corectly... and others have at least three... I need to put mor layers on them also U saw Advanced version... it's in completely different level...

Srednio sprita w stylu LSWBL robie od 30 do 60 minut, ale mialem przypadki, gdy zajelo mi to nawet i 2-3 godziny
Powiem tak... Chaosa bazowalem na sobie na poczatku, bo tez mam dlugie w jego 2 i 3 formie te wlosy sie podnosza i przypominaja wlosy Momacka z Rysunku Sipioc'a [link]
pod tymi linkiem wprawym dolnym rogu... tak wygladaja wlosy Chaosa po przemianie ale nie mialem czasu, zeby je zrobic wiec na szybko wstawilem wlosy USSJ Trunksa ze stylu LSW... ale ok zobaczymy cpo da sie zrobic
