Description

It had been a few weeks since Tabitha had beaten Mizuko and put an end to their feud as far as Leviathan higherups and fans knew it. Although this didn't sit well with the rookie wrestler. After all, that victory was technical at best. She had needed Cait's help and even then, it was still fairly close. She had won her spot in the next big PPV event, but it felt hollow. Tabitha needed a REAL victory. A serious 1v1 where a proper winner would be decided. Normally, the proper channels one would go through to set up such a grudge match would be going through the red tape of the league. Getting it okayed and scheduled with the one in charge overseeing everything. Tabitha never liked that though.

In the interim between fight blocks, Tabitha walked down the runway, without introduction or fanfare. A stir came across the waiting crowd as confusion and excitement began to bubble to the surface while Tuna took to the center of the ring. A microphone in hand. "Good evenin' everyone. Sorry t'interupt but I've got something that need t'be said. As I'm sure yous are all aware, I just ended a feud with Koi Fish and earned a spot in the next big PPV event. That bein said... even though the feud is ovea, I still ain't satisfied!" Tabitha said, addressing the crowd around her. Letting the air linger for a moment with her declaration before turning to look directly into a camera. "So, hows about it, ya pint-sized prick? I know you's in tha buildin. you an me, Right here, right now! an 'I surrender' match!" Tabitha said to joy and shock of the ground. An unscheduled match between Tuna Fish and Koi Fish to be added to tonight’s card?!? Sign us the hell up the crowd reacted.

The fans were getting a surprise treat, but they didn’t know for sure what they were gonna get. After all, they didn’t know if Mizuko would even come out and confront Tabitha! So the audience held their breath and in unison looked intently at the stadium stage to see if Mizuko’s music would hit. Well, no music played, but the Japanese submission sadist did come out to Tabitha’s call-out. Mic in hand, the Leviathan Elite would take her time walking down the ring ramp before rolling into the ring.

Tabitha and Mizuko both stood on the opposite sides of the ring, some fans buzzed at the idea if both fighters said screw this promo and straight-up brawl right off the bat. Sadly, those particular fans would be left disappointed as neither wrestler would charge the other in this staredown. The two would slowly walk up to each other before meeting in the middle of the ring. Still remaining locked in a deadly serious gaze, Mizuko would be the one to break the silence. “What’s up Toby? Missed me already?” Mizuko would say without her usual nonserious voice, yet instead with a more bitter tone to it. “I’m surprised your crutch isn’t here to support you. God knows what trouble you may find yourself in without her…” Mizuko growled.

"Pft shows what you know if you think she's my crutch, but this ain't about her. this is about you and me." she responded. "You and I have had quite a few fights now, but I don't think we've actually settled any scores."

"Hmmm? You said scores as if I didn't beat you..." Mizuko then began to count on her fingers. "Oh wow quite a bit in a row! Hmm let's see how many you beat me." Mizuko sarcastically began to think to herself about this before suddenly raising a middle finger in front of Tabitha's face. "Oh right just oooooone! ...Ratio-BISH" Mizuko said while fans in attendance reacted in various ways to Mizuko's clear burn on Tabitha.

"Yeah, you may have won, but you didn't do what you were tryin' t'do. Or are you so far up your ass that you forgot?" she asked, flipping her off in turn. "You were supposed to get me t'tap out and unless MY count is off, you didn't even get CLOSE. What kind of submission specialist can’t even get'a rookie t'tap out?"

Fans responded just as much to Tabitha's comeback as they did with Mizuko's. Mizuko closed her eyes and grit her teeth and nodded her head at Tabitha's retort. Letting the fans settle down, Mizuko raised the mic to her mouth. "You're right Terry, you're right. I didn't tap you out all of those times when I had you. Ya did it, you won your side of the challenge. It just took five tries and a handicap to achieve it but hey good on you!" Mizuko said giving a big ol thumbs up to Tabitha before clapping and gesturing the crowd to do the same. Soon the arena would echo a clapping ovation from the crowd. Although Tabitha would be able to see this is just Mizuko ridiculing her achievement in the most sarcastic and petty way she could think of. Yet this was just the beginning.

"But tell me this Tobias, at the end of the day do you think me allowing you to get a partner was all just my ego's doing hm? No no baka boo- it wasn't just that. I let you get a partner because I'M. BORED. OF. YOU." Mizuko made sure to say every word with as much emphasis as possible. "It was my way of begging you to get out of my hair for good! And hell even if I beat you and your partner, just more to make ya look like a jobbo. You may hold the 'You didn't get me to tap wa wa wa' bish your record is in shambles- SIX LOSSES. Good luck qualifying for a belt in the next decade." Mizuko snorts while briefly walking away to circle back to Tabitha so that the audience and Tabitha can let those words sink in. Scary enough- Mizuko may have a point some in the audience thought.

She was right after all. Tabitha’s record was piss poor, and she knew it. She may not have cared all too much about a belt, but her pride couldn’t take that. She needed to beat her on her own.

That being said, the crowd had wholly swayed over to Mizuko’s side. Murmuring and echoing her sentiment. All she could do was wait until the crowd settled down.

“Fine, you want to be done with me? I want to be done with you. So how about we strike a deal. Next match. Winner takes all. If you win, not only will I give you my slot in tha next pay per view, and I’ll also leave Leviathan inc. PERMANENTLY.”

Hearing Tabitha's offer to Mizuko, causes the fans to get riled up and hyped about how Tabitha just significantly raised the stakes. Yet will Mizuko bite? It was obvious on the little gremlin's face, that she was definitely interested in one way or another. Fans can tell Mizuko was REALLY thinking about this as she paced around the ring contemplating this in her head. Mizuko suddenly came to a stop in front of Tabitha and raised her mic to her mouth as fans leaned out of their seats to hear her answer.

"Hmmmm- no" Mizuko said with a smile to the chagrin and shock of everyone in attendance. 'SHE SAID WHAT?!?' many of the fans thought together all at once.

This left Tabitha stunned for a moment. What the hell was she saying? Just to straight-up deny her like that? There had to be a reason right?

“Tha fuck you mean, NO?” She said in disbelief, gesturing out to the crowd. “I just handed ya an ultimatum and a spot in an event! Don’t tell me you're scared”

“Hehe, you heard me Terry. No. And being scared is not even close to why.” Mizuko leans closer to Tabitha with the mic in hand. “Because this is waaaaaaay more satisfying than breaking your back or making your stubborn ass tap out. Seeing you like this. Soooooo- desperate hehe it’s something that I didn’t know I wanted til now.” Mizuko cooed evilly.

Tabitha took a step back. If it wasn’t bad enough she was getting called out and denied like this. All the wrong names she was getting called were really starting to piss her off. But she couldn’t say so now. Not after all this.

FINALLY I get it. You’re so pathetic. Your record is ruined, your belt chances are gone, and the last shred of credibility you can get- is by fighting me. Because outside of that, you have NOTHING” Mizuko emphasized the most while leaning in even more!

Fans began to look at each other and murmur that Mizuko might be getting to something.

“I figured you out. I’m not smartest in the class, I know that baka boo, but I finally figured it out. I’m your ticket to relevancy, the only reason why you’re still employed! Your girlfriend might be a crutch, but I’m your lifeline! You… YOU. NEED. MEEEE.”

Fans began to now see it… the message that Mizuko has been hinting to…

Tabitha looked at her in shocked disbelief for a moment. “Wait.. you think… I… need you??” She let that hang in the air for a moment before a smile spread across her face and she began laughing. “And here I thought my sister was the most egotistical bitch in tha world, but damn, are you a close fuckn second. Sure, my record might be in tha toilet now, but I can change that. You can’t change bein’ an uwu bitch that no one likes!!”

Mizuko didn’t look unwavered, she saw a crack and Mizuko was going to tear it all apart. “Now this- this is sad. You’re in a denial! This gets bedder and bedder! You hear that?”” Mizuko points to the crowd. “They’re talking about you with each other because they know it’s true. You can say anything about me that you want Teagan but at the end of the day. As long THEY know I’m THE UwU bish that runs this place and you the jobber who’s in denial- I’ll happy deny your rematch a hundred times over before I give you anything charity-case. So bye-bye Jobby-poo” Mizuko cooed one last time before turning her back on Tabitha and heading towards the ring ramp.

Just before Mizuko left the ring, she stopped and looked back at Tabitha. “One last thing Taba-bish, I can’t wait to watch the opening match with you and Sardine for the opener. I’m sure you can beat her since she’s on your level after all~” Mizuko said before dropping the mic and heading out for the ring. That last comment and hell the promo entirely just had lots of the fans either speechless or just murmuring as they watch Mizuko leave.

Even tho this promo was considered over… Tabitha could feel all eyes in the stadium suddenly become locked on her as silence began to fill the arena. Fans watched intently what was Tabitha going to respond or do to what Mizuko just did to her. What will Tabitha do?

While Mizuko was walking away, Tabitha could only hear the rush of her own blood in her ears. She was flush red with embarrassment and anger. She may not have had the largest self-esteem in the world, but Mizuko somehow made her feel smaller than she already was. With her promo backfiring and her challenge denied, there really wasn’t much that Tabitha could do. She wanted to have the closure that she was in fact getting better, but Mizuko wasn’t going to give it to her. All she could do was stand and watch as her foe left.
