Description
I wanted my next character to have some exaggerated features to stylize her. She will be carrying a 2 handed scimitar like sword that she normally wouldn't be able to carry.I've started modeling her, and so far my poly flow is looking great
Edit: Lengthened the torso a bit.

Yeah the torso is too short, but I think what really makes the torso look gross is the hips, I gotta get back to the sketchpad on this one lol

She either has a super short torso, or super long legs...I'm also curious as to when the hips came up to the ribs. But yeah I think you're best bet would be to make the torso longer, and make the legs a bit shorter. Just if you do make the torso longer don't forget to re-proportion the arms as well. If you are going for stylized you may want to exaggerate a few proportions a bit more like her hips maybe...You could probably do these things easily in 3D to fix her up and I think you're on the right track.

Thanks, yeah I do realize the torso is short. If you look at the front view the hips look a bit ridiculous. I really appreciate the feedback, I am going for longer then regular proportion legs, but the hips really need to be reworked.

I actually don't think the hips look too bad... just a longer torso will make them look better, because it looks like you are trying to squish it all in that one section.

I was trying to go for a short torso long legs, but I did exaggerate too much and I definitely see what you are saying thanks, might be some time before I fix it due to finals though
