If she's albino, then wouldn't her mane and tail be white as well? Albino's have absolutely no colorations, except maybe if they were to blush. I don't think they'd have red hair, but hell. I'm arguing about a fictional pony's hair color. Maybe she dyed it? Can't explain that.
