This Luthor is from the Smallville Series where there is not only Clark (Superman) Kent but her sister Linda (Supergirl) Danvers Kent there to give good advice to Clark to keep him from doing 'weird' stuff like in the OTL Smallville and her influence and presence nudge some changes and feelings that Lex had toward Linda and Clark and likewise gave Mercy a chance to be grateful to Linda whom found her, rescued her & nursed & healed her...
A sort of butterfly effect by one person whom was Linda Danvers (Supergirl) Kent Luthor....

Yeah, I've unfortunately seen what some artists think of as "fit". Don't get me wrong, I love a woman with muscles, but some people go sprinting past that, and full on into ludicrous level.
