You drawn the pointy teeth more distinctly than most people and with those eyes I probably would have guessed vamps even without the blood.

Well the sharp teeth thing comes from Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0 and 3.0. When Mari and Asuka activate "Code 777" they go into what's known as "Beast Mode" where they and their Eva over-synchronize causing both the girls and the Evas to change. They become feral and in the girls' case their teeth become more sharp and predatory.
