In a nutshell; Drakken gets recruited into the big leagues and joins AIM. He manipulates Ron into betraying Kim, Kim gets captured and tortured (at this point losing her eye and gaining the scar). Shego comes in to save her, but this was a trap by Drakken, he executes Shego, then blows up the building. Kim wakes up in the hospital, Nick Fury tells her Global Justice is disbanded, and now she works for SHIELD.
I will be getting back to it. The problem was I was putting to much of my life and past into it, and it was causing a massive case of depression. I'm reworking a bit of it, and it should start popping back up later this summer.
