Description
More of my paleo photography can be seen in my DA "Paleo & Sci Illo" gallery:This is a life sized model of the Late Eocene three-toed horse Mesohippus that is on display in the Information Center at the Badlands National Park in South Dakota. It stands about as tall as a border collie.

What are even cuter are Mesohippus colts. The babies were born the size of small lambs.
