This is a convention artists alley speed painting I did earlier this year.
I did Tinkerbell from memory so she is a bit off-canon. My Cabalaero (c) has a Chuck Jones look to it.
It was intended to be cute. I hope I succeeded.

I actually speedpainted this while at a convention.
I ultimately gave this picture to a woman who sold a pink Tinkerbell-themed scooter to my wife at a bargain price.

THANX. I draw in Prismacolor pencils on top of colored illustration board. On top of this I add highlights in acrylic paint. A how-to tutorial of my methods appears with the stages of completion of a picture I did called "Elword Scissorhands" in my KIGO page.
