Finished writing a 3d Studio Max and Vray rendering/lighting tutorial yesterday and this is the final image, if anyone is interested in this tutorial you can download it here...[link]
Its step by step from modelling to lighting to rendering, should help anyone wanting to get to know vray a bit better...
Let me know what you think of both and if anyone gets a chance to follow it through I would love to see your results...
