Description
I was always captivated by the Battle of Thermopylae - the legend, as I heard it, "go tell the Spartans, passer-by, we chose to follow orders, and to die." I enjoyed the silly, macho Frank Miller comic, and later the movie, but we should always remember the source material for what it was.Cheers,
Liam.

it is historical right?, 480 B.C. is it? before the golden age of greece? they won the series of war against the used to be gigantic persian empire. the different city states become united as one Greece. then after that w/ greece sweet success they had songs and plays of praises.. then philophers, education, politics etc...
on your artwork... where is KIng Leonidas? it looks like a pillar w/ sculpture of a face.. or an arc or gateway?
yet your art is really great!!!
but I kinda missed your anatomical artworks.. w/ exaggerated muscles and veins.
