The moon is always a sign that you should trust your intuition and as we know there is always a solution to any problem. Even though the blindfold suggests that she is blinded by fear it seems to me that it could also mean that she should have more faith in her other senses like her gut feeling for example. The nice thing about the Tarot really is that it's basically up to you to interprete the meanings of the cards by tapping into your intuition!
