This is something that I could actually see happening in the future of the show. Some evil force, gathers up every bad guy (and gal) they've ever had to face, and then at some point they all turn on each other, and that weakens the ultimate bad guy thereby making it a little bit easier for the Mane 6 to defeat him (or her).
One problem is that Sombra couldn't be there, since he's the only villain to actually die. I would totally like to see Nightmare and the Swiss Cheese Bitch battling it out though. That'd be awesome
