I am not sure what you mean. At the moment it says "Well done Fulttershy, You've the element..."
It should say "Well done Fulttershy, You've found the element..." or "Well done Fulttershy, You have the element..."
As it is it just doesn't quite work. The English language is such a pain.

Creating the contraction "You've" means you combined a verb with a pronoun, creating just a pronoun. This means a verb, like found, still needs to be added or it just sounds weird. I mean, it's dialogue, so "technically" its correct as there's no correct way to do dialogue. To reiterate though, this is "incorrect" because "you've" is considered a pronoun, not a pronoun/verb; as I don't believe English lets those exist.
I'm self-taught on this kind of stuff so this is just my understanding of how it works.
