You feel a presence unlike anything you've ever encountered this presence feels light but at the same time this presence resonates with a darkness that feels off and only grows deeper. Dark darker yet still growing darker and from within that darkness a red streak of red light appears it's design is predatory in appearance but leaves you with a feeling of uneasiness

ok... umm well The Main 6 you said are roughly from season 4 - 5. At that point in the MLP story line StarSwirl was missing. So Celestia and Luna in your story would only know him at that time wouldn't know where he was. How Ever as your story is dealing with fractures in time. Celestia and Luna from the end of Season 7 into season 8 would know he is alive and would know where he is living. My though is that The celestia and luna that currently in the battle in your story are from a few years in Twilights Future. That's why Celestia knew Starswirl was alive and around. And would explain why twilight didn't know he was.
But like I said it was just a random thought

Nope, Celestia and Luna are from the present. In this fanfiction, Celestia understood that it's a "Time problem" so she knew she could find Starswirl because she knew where he lived in the past.

I don't think the royal sisters have anything to worry about because Tirek actually tried attacking them when they were all together in that state in the show when he was far more powerful, and they were invincible and instantly, effortlessly, and completely owned him, and he could do nothing to/against them.
