Well, yes. It's known as a 'Dogoo'. They're from Hyperdimension Neptunia.
They were based on the slimes from Dragon Quest.
The game also has an enemies based on space invaders, mario pipes, and pac-man ghosts.
Not to mention a lot of references to gaming and internet culture and heroines based on game consoles and game developers.
Even the villains are based on bad things in the world of gaming and internet culture.

Well, the Dogoons are perverts in their own little way, and the whatever's beside them are plain annoying in game, blocking chances for quick continued gameplay. However, they do give me a challenge.
