Just did this randomly due to RNJesus loving me.Sweet, right? Raid was hard though. I was one ally away from it winning, but we pulled through.

Yes. Penguin can absorb one free physical hit with ice face and regenerate it in hail, and when it changes to Noice Face, it gets ridiculously high speed and can sweep.

Pretty much how it works is that if the opponent Is a physical attacker, they attack into your ice face, which drops your defenses, but makes you the SECOND FASTEST POKEMON IN THE GAME if you don't account for legendaries, next to Ninjask! And then set up a Belly Drum without risk before promptly sweeping.
