Soooo... I did the drawing a while ago... and I always liked it, cause... it felt real original... stylized new for me... pushed more than what I usually do. And I always meant to do more extreme caricactures like this... but never did...Sooooo, I decided to color it up, to push me to do some more.
The coloring was all blurry and soft, which I kind of dug, but was keepin it... off... so I sharpened it, and I think that messed it up... I don't know... and the background is close, but still not quite right... allthough I do find it funny, in more ways than most people will understand. So let me know... I will probably redo this with the soft colors, and a more serene background... we'll see...
Either way, I'm next on the extreme caricaturess... and then Hen or Big Josh! Mwa Ha Ha!
*EDIT* Softened it up, thanks to Tim Kelly's help! Works better... fo sho! Changed the name too... cause, well yeah... i like this better!

Very cool! I like the color choices! And it is hard to tell what she is holding, but either way, it is a great design, you did good...back ground is hilarious!

yeah... the blur works in the sketch, but when I colored the image before I put in the background... that makes it kinda not read... well... at all.
but yeah, I think the background is definetly the right choice now looking at it more!

Is that cranky look'n little bird supposed to be dusty? If it is dusty is a penguin not a parrot. No offense taken, charactures are fun! (as long as you don't want me to get run over) Now that i know its me I think I'll add it to my favs, its cute. ^_^

Who is this supposed to be? because It sorta reminds me of myself, which is why i was wondering, seeing as I like dinosaurs and all, and I'm a fencer,....and I have that hair cut.....and I even have a parakeet but I did'nt think you knew that... but I don't want to get run over! Nooooo.... I would never want you run over! I was lookin for pictures of Japan to put into the background, and found this one... it reminded me of your dinosaur piece, and thought it was too good not to put in there.
But you got your sword... and bird... you can take him!
Hope you didn't take any offense! Wait till you see what I do to myself, and the rest of the "gang"! I think it will make a nice set!
