When Rouge first joined her gang in the 90's Payne felt weak and insecure, so he took up the art of piercing himself.
His Piercings do not allow him to fly, so he took up kickboxing just like Rouge did. He is against thievery.
He is a power charecter.
He likes to save people but he doesn't like being famous, and he doesn't like to travel away from his family, much to his parents condescending nature.
