Description
Let's group Authoirize giant quantites of deviation while on vaction or away from the computer for long times and then let's those quantities come out in mesaured doses at a certain time. It would also limit the number of messages you can recieve from groups instead of getting flooded with 200 deviations because of the holidays.

Immediate Release are the ones that have been uploaded to appropriate folders today.

Release queue are the ones that are waiting to show up in peoples message boxes at a certain time. Release queue should be a lot more, like 300 or so.

Does not mean that deviation will not be voted on. they'll still get voted on.
