Description
In my youth, when I was 9 or 10 years old, I started to reading ScienceFiction. Under my prefered SF-literature in this days was a German ScienceFiction-Series named 'However, in that series, quiet in the beginning, the Terrans discovered an old, sandy deserted planet which name I forgot, if any (while in a quest for immortality
They have been mammals, appr. one meter high and looking like mouses, except for the tail, which was flat like those from beavers; for that they was called 'mousebeaver' by the Terrans.
All of them have been beings with strong telekinetic powers and some have been telepaths or teleporters in addition, a few have had all this skills. They was funny lads, always
in tendency for playing, so they have played the Terrans a lot of capers with their skills.
Last week I've had suddenly they in my mind again, don't know why
Terrain I exported from Mojoplanet 'Canyonshores' and combined it with a GeoControl-generated one with lot of dunes - also in GeoControl, where I eroded and filtered it to become like in my imagination. I really like that terrain, so probably there will come more.
Rendertime was 4hrs 9mins, postwork ~45 mins.
DL-size is 1920x1200 like always.
Hope you like it.
Thanks for viewing and commenting!

Hey man
Thanks for your comment; it's very informative for me!
Cause - as someone remembered me - the name of the planet was 'Tramp' in German and 'Pucky' is named 'Gucky' in our language...
I hope 'P/Gucky' will find them one day.

I wonder -
Inasmuch as jumps of years, decades, centuries even and the series focusing on beings as far beyond the Unknown as the Unknown is to us (Mattersinks, chaotinauts, the Dweller at the Horizon of the Law....), Gucky's mission fades to ITS horizon...
I have no remaining interest in it ...

I like it totaly, BUT...
...what planet/moon is this in the sky.
In my memory Tramp (planet of the Ilts) is the only planet under a dying sun.
And if i remember right, Tramp doesn't have a moon.
Or am I wrong?
Anyway, great work!!

To be honest - I don't remember if Tramp had a moon; but I'm a sucker for moons, and cause most ppl here around have no idea of Tramp or PR, I placed one in...
Thanks for your comment!

Ja...

Great image.
About your inspiration:
It's incredible how the things that happen in our early years shape and influence our ideas, decisions and inspirations.
Science Fiction is an engine that makes our mind work and invent amazing things, and still inspires many people from scientists to artists!

That's one fabulous terrain, and the soft warm morning mist atmosphere is a perfect complement. Your comment made me smile. My best friend at school had a boyfriend who was absolutely consumed with Perry Rhodan, so he infected us, too! I have many fond memories of it.
