Ozai and Zhao are given a bit of a break in this one as I focus on Azula and Combustion Man. LOL!

Well to be fair to the fire-lord in 165, he could probably take on anyone short of the avatar hand-to-hand, and against those who could fight him the guards wouldn't help.

Well, actually.... might want to cut Ozai some slack on that one. The Fire Nation is filled with twelve year olds- it would be rather difficult to make sure their school uniforms were ALL tailored to the child so they wouldn't fit anyone else of similar age and build.

In Azula's defense... there won't be a furture invasion if they're all dead and when she fought Zuko...there were a few screws in her head that needed re-tightening. She's usually dangerously genre savvy.

I read through the entire Evil Overlord list, and these are the ones that I could get to match up with Avatar. So, unfortunately, this is it.
