Well, here's my Jak Is... comic! I hope that you guys find it amusing! I know that I do.In case you didn't see my journal about this, here is the format: Three columns, and four rows. The first row are the things that Jak IS, and the bottom three rows and the things that he's NOT! The first column is his place in society and the introduction, the second column is whatever I wanted, and the third is love interests.
Don't get pissed at me just because my favorite couple happens to be the REAL couple in the game.
Yes, and all the Jak Is Not panels are ones that I have seen for real. (Some of them, I am even guilty of commiting). All of them can be found in fanart or fanfiction.
My favorite ones are the one about Jak being King, about him killing his friends, him being a Sex God, and JakxTorn. I just find that JakxTorn one amusing cause Jak's all lusty and he has dirty things on his mind, and Torn's just like: "Go away, punk." (I don't know if that counts as matured content, but I'm not going to do it anyway.) Totally LOL!

yeah I think erol is cool, I like his voice, and his hair, but I think jak would have to be more stupid than a blonde willingly sitting on a train track blindfolded to love him

Well, in my opinion there is nothing wrong with yaoi or yuri fanfiction. Everyone has likes and dislikes. Just like how I very much dislike Twilight or Star Trek, that doesn't mean I don't want the fanfictions to not exist, because there are people that like it and want to read it- it would be selfish and rude to want it gone just because I don't like it. I really do not understand the war between yaoi and anti-yaoi fans. Why can't people just keep in their own interest circle and not read or pay mind to the ones they don't like?

I don't want yaoi to disappear completely, Like you said, we have our preferances, I admit, if you get the right pairing and keep everyone in character, yaoi can be okay.

That's pretty much how I've always felt. If you are a fan of something, you should be a fan of something.
Even when I write AUs, I always keep the relationships and characters as close as possible to the original source material.
Some might call me a hard-core canon fan, but I just call myself a fan. (Even though I am a hard-core canon fan.)

I'm only allowed three 'Jak Is...' panels. Besides, I don't think I've ever seen a fanfiction or fanart where Jak DOESN'T like guns. Unless it is his 'younger self'.

Yeah, Erol is a bit creepy. But in this picture, the OOC part is what makes it funny.
And I agree with the second statement too. (Even though I am guilty of making him King more than once in my fanfictions.) Mostly, however, they are AU stories where Jak grew up as a Prince, and always accepted that he would take the Throne one day.

I think there's a difference between 'sexy' and 'sex god'. Jak is sexy, there's no denying the fact, but he doesn't have sex with someone every night, with many different people, girls, guys, and animals. I've even seen him paired with inanimate objects! O.o
