Ya if you are referring to my old backstory, I no longer follow it. I have another one on YT called her hidden backstory, which is more Rift Cafe, YT channel related, and she has no "royal" placement.
If anything she's just alicorn of rainbows, though totally gets owned by her own magic most of the time. ^^ Sorry for any confusion.

Okay let me just say I don't like Lightning Bliss, I don't think she's cute, she's a Mary Sue in my opinion, but that's my opinion, not yours, and I'm not gonna force that on you or anyone else, I just feel like (feel like, as in just what I think) you're kind of taking 4th gen and making it into 1st 2nd and 3rd, because there aren't animals like the fox guy in the 4th gen, but I can really (honestly I can XD) relate to missing childhood shows (*sniff*backyardigans*sniff) but I am really really inspired by your creativity, and because of you I changed up my OC, to make her unique like yours! I gave her a rose tail :3 Thanks so much you really inspired me to be more open-minded!Β Β Β Β Β But you do know that all alicorns are royalty, right? oh and (sorry if this is rude) rainbow dash is kind of that Β

Calling my OC a Mary Sue... tell me, how perfect is my character to you? She does everything right? Is she over powered? She does no wrong, or does everything wrong? What annoys me is folks like yourself throw the term out "Mary Sue" just because you don't like alicorns, and that's fine, but if you are going to use the term Mary Sue, at least use it in the proper format.
And again, my OC lives within the universe of the Brony Analysis Community, or Rift Cafe if you prefer. We dont' have a royal leadership, we're a democracy most of the time. So you can spew and pout about how all alicorns are royalty till the cows come home. But my OC doesn't live within the Hasbro MLP Universe, so you can't really tell me my OC has to be royalty. And if you do try to tell me what to think, well then I bid you good day.
A Mary Sue: Is a character that is so perfect, they never adapt to the writings of the narrative.
Bliss isn't perfect, she has flaws, in both magic and personality, and if you've kept track of my channel you would know this ^^
Now...if you simply do not like her design, well that I can understand, so...just say that, and not use the term Mary Sue to be a insensitive. You ain't the first to not like her design after all and I've heard more then enough constructive critques from folks that I already told myself. Yet I still find it ironic that you say you don't like my OC yet you are inspired by it...you just defeated your own statement. I grew up on G1-G3 (prefer G1 and G4) and I like to bring some of my childhood history into my reviews and artwork and that's all. I respect if you don't like it, and I'm okay with that but I ain't stopping either ^^...Yet somehow...despite your negative critques, you still find something to be happy about it...Hmm.

your awesome blissy i remember when my oc kaito was first introdused "he looks weak" "look at those tiny arms" then i showed kaitos dark copy ability where he can make a copy of any blade even magical and legindary blades but the powers of the original with the copy are changed to dark versions so if a sword brought imortality to the user the dark version would drain the life from any who are cut with the blade
