simple cheap colored pencils. To give the smooth look I pressed pretty hard and made a couple layers and used two or three colors for nearly everything on Hinata and the lilypads and the water undter her.

thanks, my scanner always screws up colour when i do it in pencil. and i only have Microsoft Paint on PC to colour with, which is also not the best.....

Thanks for the comment. That background alone took 2 hours to research the lilies, pencil, ink, and clean up and another hour to color with my cheap pencils.
