Some of the marbleized paper I made in Bookmaking class during our marbleized paper demo. This was my first time making anything like this and it was so fun!

We used paper that was a bit lighter than watercolor paper and dipped it into a mix of water, vegetable oil & oil paints. They were really easy and fun to make, but they don't seem to ever stop leaking oil & I've gotten oil stains on at least 3 projects that I made after the paper, so don't use veggie oil!

They sort of remind me of things you would see under a microscope, especially the bottom one. :]

I hope this is in the right section, couldn't find one for paper/paper making.
