Was watching Guardians of Gahoole and made two new OCs, Kale and Flin/Flins. They were Octo Swampling orphans from abusive households, then taken in by Nila, a ruthless warrior raised by the Salmonids to fight in their favor. Kale was willing to accept his new life as part of a new generation of warriors fighting for the Salmonids’ cause due to being well cared for and wanting to make Splatlandian society pay for the abuse he and Flins suffered from childhood and refusing to help them. He became Nila’s apprentice and potential successor. Eventually he started to use a style of speech involving “We” and “Our” instead of “I and “My.”
Flins isn’t as enthusiastic about supporting them and Nila due to the danger around them, but stayed for her companion. Their friendship may end up drifting apart over time until it’s no more, no matter if Flins stayed or not. She is more fearful and timid, but was able to abandon the Salmonids for help.
