Yet another thing I've been putting off for too long already but I must say that I've very pleased with the final result. Quite possibly my most favorite one yet.At long last, here's JUMP Agent Chloe performing her inflated technique she calls the Chloe System. She uses her telekinetic powers that her suit grants her and pulls in objects and her enemies to her and they orbit her like a planet. She can also pull them in and bump them against her inflated body as well. Sounds like fun, right? Well Dr. Nefarion and Mind Game don't seem to enjoy the ride.

Thank you. I have helped come up with a few of them. Like Sarah's Corona and I also came up with Chloe System as well. But I didn't come up with the name. As for Jennifer's Rolling Thunder it wasn't made seperately but instead among some of her other special moves and can be found here. [link] But I wouldn't exactly say it's one of my best cuz I wasn't as advanced with my art program during that time.

It took like three or four times longer than Heather's but that's because Heather's was pretty basic while Chloe System is more complicated. I'd say this one took somewhere between 4 and 5 hours.

I certainly will. Though I think this might be the last one of them cuz I think I've done every other agent besides Tiffany's Blizzard Barrage which was done by Tanner and Irene's move which was done by himself. I think that covers all of them.

Well, for one thing, they usually don't think much of others and talk more about themselves. They also tend to belittle the main characters just for the hell of it.

or how about they have lackeys that apparently have no mind of their own and do everything the alpha jerk says

Oh yeah. That's definitely something to look at. They don't even have names most of the time. And they do anything to win.

*sighs* if a character doesn't have a purpose on the plot, especially if they're a thorn on the heroes' backs, why they're still there

That's how I always thought about those kinds of characters. Especially when it seems they decide to make the peace, they suddenly go back to status quo.
