Description
My half of another trade with Once again gave me a few choices to do and I chose this one. Here, Orbot and Cubot from Sonic Colors and a Noctowl and Swoobat from Pokemon are chanting the phrases "who, what, where, why" as a bit of a reference to the TUFF Puppy episode "Thunder Dog" where Bird Brain's henchman Owl and Bat always respond by saying "Who?" and "Where?"Anybody wanna say "when?"
Orbot and Cubot belong to SEGA
Noctowl and Swoobat belong to Nintendo and Game Freak
