how do you create your comics? do you think and draw it then add dialogue? or the other way around?

Usually I'll have a pretty good picture of it in my head, then I create a tiny thumbnail of the comic with how I want each panel to look and sketch it out roughly, after that I add dialogue, balloon/text placing before actually doing the tight final/sketch or inking~!
