I didn't saw it coming at all, I rather thought that the blades are somehow magically created, that she is capable of performing some sort of forbidden magic (maybe later creating ghouls) that allows her to manipulate the blades she crafts out of thin air. But the idea that the blades are more real than I thought...now this is good.
