WOW! What an amazing shot!
My photography teacher always said that to take a picture is to stop a moment in time. I think you have done that to the T.
Wonderful capture!

hmm, that's a very good question.
i'm thinking of taking this out of journalism - since i'm not really giving much info/reporting - and putting it into street. (in fact i'm certain i will)
um, so... i'm deciding too if i should do a series with the shots i have (although i'm not certain i have the time to get it done).
but let me say, it was a great capture. : )
does any of that help, or just make you mad? : )
thanks ferice.

it helps, but my question was about why were they chasing that guy?

the man was quite boisterous and his behaviour, which would be OK for a soccer match, was a bit wild for a family parade.
that would be enough to attract police attention.
we also have a zero tolerance for any type of intoxication, even being a little tipsy would be enough for a trip in a police cruiser, and i believe that may be the case here.
it would also explain why he thought he could run away. (i do not want to say it is so, because i really do not know the details, but i do believe he'd had, had a few)
how's that?
