This one thing is a “fresh look” of an old character's design. A second of personal nostalgia.

Initially, Nutty ’s design wasn’t based on Pileated+Ivory-billed woodpeckers. Once upon a time, Nutty had a reference to another species of woodpeckers [the lineated one, I guess]. Unfortunately, I still can’t find pictures of this junk, although they should have been - I made my project-suit according to this design. Apparently, they stayed in my hometown.
The project-suit was with striped belly, but the only "ancient" artifact I found was this picture: [Link ]

He also had a staff, hehe. I don’t know why there are no stripes, maybe I was too lazy.

I still think if I can use this refreshment somehow, or it will remain a kind of “self-cosplay small fun”, almost as I made it previously [a while ago ].
