Commission for *Jeangal247Character: Camil
simple background | medium shading | simple designI finally got a chance to draw Miss Grump Butt!
She is currently engaging in a very serious fight, so better not get in her way or your body might be pierced by a dozen sharp rocks! D: (earth mages are scary)It was a lot of fun to draw her, also when I went a little crazy on the shading of the mane.
What can I say? I like shading manes! 
Drawing the sword was a challenge and I'm not entirely happy with the outcome, but I seriously couldn't have drawn it any better, so I hope it's alright for now. 
The background was a 10 minute speedpaint which I blurred. Mixing the colours of it afterwards and making it so that Camil stands out, took actually longer than drawing the background itself. Funny, huh? :'D

I'm so glad I got the rocks right, since I suck at drawing them usually
to be honest: drawing her is super much fun, so I might include her in a sketch dump in the future

In the whole process of drawing this I kept saying "Journey can draw her miles better than I can" and Jean couldn't for the life of it decide who of us actually could draw her better.
