I dunno its not that I would its that I'm curious, like if the father were this species and the mother were like a jaguar or sth if there would be the genuine possibility of breasts on a child.

Maybe? I mean, since mammals naturally have breasts (the term "mammals" is even named after a part of the breasts) so I think the possibility of breasts is high if a parent is a mammal that has them, regardless of their sex!
Think about how if you mix a donkey and a horse, you get a mule, which has ears that aren't as big as a donkey's but not as short as a horse. Also, think about how if you mix lions and tigers, all offspring always have stripes from the tiger parent but they're a bit faded due to them being half lion.
With this in mind, a hybrid between a Vernid and a mammal that naturally has breasts would most likely have breasts. Perhaps, however, the function would be limited or the size would naturally be small (like male-breasts type small until pregnancy, if female) due to the fact the Vernids don't have functioning breasts. Just a guess on that last part though and I'm sorry for rambling lol

personally, if I ran the species I would make it like a 25% possibility they got them, but I'm not sure. I'd like the creator to let me know, just for future reference if someone wants to breed one of my ocs and I have a verndid (I'm gonna make one this summer)

I'm pretty sure they can't breed with other pieces, since they aren't in our world. Plus they would likely have a different amount of chromosomes, making them unable to breed with anything.

Don't worry, I totally understand you and I'm totally agree with you, I totally think they can mix between other species, because on feral ference sheet it clearly says they can have spotted patterns or something like that if they mix with hyenas and so on, and even in this reference sheet says that if you want more basic info you must go to the feral one, because honestly all the info on the feral one is for the anthros too (as colors, meat, eyes, etc.) So I think that's posible too.Β
The excuse of not having breasts on female vernid the other user told is not valid, because if people wants to make porn they will, with breasts or not, that just a shitty excuse, don't worry, I totally think they can breed with other species, like in nature some species can too, that guy is just... bah XD Don't listen to him ^^

I like how the tribal ones can be either quadrupedal or bipedal depending on what they wanna do.
I assume quad means they run faster and biped lets them see farther and use their hands for other things.

From what I remember from the feral ref the babies are born already able to eat meat which is why they dont need breasts or nipples

Vernids are mammal, but don't breast feed their pups. The pups eat meat from the time they are born, thus the female vernids don't have breasts because they don't produce milk
