I once read that when it comes to book covers, green covered books always sold less. It was from an art book concerning color and light by James Gurney. Something about the color green attracted less people to pick up a book and give it a chance but I can't say I believe it. Perhaps the numbers in sales show it, but my eyes are always drawn to green, like they were to this photo, which I really really like. The light, shapes, and colors are fantastic!

That's crazy! I love green!
Maybe it has something to do with being one of the most common colors in nature. Maybe people see green so often that they don't notice it as much. I don't really understand that, as in the middle of winter there is no green anywhere, and I'm more likely to read in the winter. So maybe that's not it.
