Ah, ok. I've been wondering what to use to make it like an anime, I only have Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Flash CS3 though.

But with Photoshop you can give shadows, effects, atmosphere I think with Flash is impossible

Well, actually, from a tutorial I saw, you can take a part of a flash and put it into Photoshop and add the effects
