The only few things ill point out:
The Avatar (Na'vi cross Human) have Hair Eyebrows whereas the plain Na'Vi only have a blue line thing (not hair eyebrows)
The canines!
She needs her canine teeth.
The Avatar only have canines on the top jaw and the Na'vi have them on both the top and bottom.
One other thing, The nose still looks out of place, From how im seeing it, it needs to be tilted to the left a bit.
But nice work, none the less!

Hi, I made this very very basic tutorial just for you> [link]

What I want to show you is just the very basic skin and stuff modification but you can try variations your own. If you want, I can explain any element in this image to you, for this mini tutorial it is not detailed and not clean because I just didnt have time.
I hope it is useful for the start.
