I just thought some of you might be interested to see the before/after of my 'avatar-ising' of my sister
My sister wasn't particularly keen on me uploading this (she thinks it isn't a very flattering picture of her) soo I'd just like to point out that the photo is fairly old, and she has since matured into a glamorous young woman hahaa

how can you make the nose so perfect like in the movie?

well i can't remember exactly how i did it, but here is a pretty good tutorial on how to do the nose [link] - i hope it's useful!

Oh my! This is great! I looks so much like the movie-avatars! You really did a wonderfull job on the eyes!
I'm working on my own avatar right now, but I'm such a photo-shop-disaster! (I only draw the traditional way with pencils and such). I'm playing around on photoshop for a couple of ours now and my 'avatar' shows a lot of resemblance with a gremling...*sigh*

And in answer to your question, i've been asked by a couple of other people if i'll do requests and atm im not entirely sure what to do... It takes me quite a while to do these avatar thingies, so i think i'd ask to be paid for commissions, but then the problem is that im not entirely sure how you pay and stuff on here! 
so basically, i'll have to think about it! Sorry for the rubbishy unclearness of my answer! :S
