Today was your birthday and your best friend Ludwig had asked you to go skating. You immediately said yes. As a child you had a pair of skates and would speed around the block, showing off to everyone.

At 6pm Ludwig was at your door holding a bouquet of beautiful white roses. You smiled, carrying the flowers up to your kitchen. While your back was to him, he came up behind you and whispered in your ear, Happy Birthday, _______!"

You began to blush, and quickly said, "Thanks." He set the flowers in the glass vase and placed them on your counter. You smiled brightly as you were looking forward to be able to skate freely again. Maybe you and Ludwig could dance together while skating.

You both quickly walked towards his sleek navy blue mustang. Before you left the house, you locked the front door and then rushed towards his car.

Ludwig being a music fan plugged in his iPod into the special jack you had bought him for his car. The first song to play was Waiting for the End to Come by Linkin Park. You instantly started to sing along.

The car ride went smoothly. You and Ludwig had sung to your hearts content. But as you climbed out of the car, Ludwig seemed hesitant. You ignored it, and happily skipped to the green doors of Rockin' Rollers Family Skating Rank.

Ludwig paid as you tried on skates. You found the perfect size for you, size ________. Ludwig ever so slowly tied his skates on. You looked at him, and when he looked up at you he looked sad.

"What's wrong, Ludwig?"

"I suddenly just remember I can't skate......"

You burst into a huge laughing fit, gaining stares from many people. Ludwig just frowned at you. Once you calmed down, you looked at him, smiling.

"I'll teach you" You stand up proudly. Ludwig trying to follow your lead, only to fall back down in his chair. He huffed and said, "You sure? It's your birthday and all."

"Of course I'm sure, Ludwig. You my best friend and you got me the coolest gift ever." You began to push your (hair length) (hair color) into a ponytail. You held out your hand and Ludwig firmly grabbed it. With little effort you had Ludwig standing.

Still holding his hand you very slowly skated towards the skating floor. Every once in a while you gave him a pointer on how to stay balanced. On the carpet you could barely tell Ludwig couldn't skate. On the rank, it was another thing.

Poor Ludwig can barely go 10 feet without falling. At first, he would get mad and curse in German, but with time he eased up.

After an hour of skating, Ludwig could finally skate a whole lap without falling. He seemed much happier now that his arse wasn't going to bruise any worse than it already was.

You smiled as The Broken by Stars in Stereo came on. As Becca started singing you sang along in perfect harmony. Not realizing it, but Ludwig and your skates collided and you both went down, landing hard on your butts. You started laughing again, causing Ludwig to laugh with you.

After you finished laughing, you started to get off the floor, but a hand stopped you. You looked at Ludwig, who eyes sparkled in the light. He pulled you in for a long passionate kiss, earning woots from the Bad Touch Trio. You pulled away blushing, looking almost as red as a tomato.

Ludwig whispered in your ear," Ich Liebe Dich, _________." Automatically knowing what he said, you whispered back in his ear.

"No, I love you more, Ludwig!" He laughed pulled you in for another kiss. You smiled as you kissed back. Soon enough you both had to pull away for air. He got up and then helped you back onto your feet. Ludwig looks at your beautiful ________ eyes and says, " _______, I think I have fallen clumsily in love with you."
