OH LOOK, REAL ART!
I finally finished this! I swear, it took, like, a week! >_< Also, I fail at titles (and drawing XD).

So here we have the adorable cast of the wonderfully depressing game, Fragile Dreams. Because apparently, I tend to like games with cute art styles and sad stories. TT_TT I drew this because I wanted to see all the characters as good friends and just being happy... Because that game was way too sad...but like, in a good way...because you play it, and you get all emotional...and then you feel like drawing stuff like this...

I took my gradient-spamming to the next level for this one. As in, everything is a gradient. It looks kind of cool, but I'm not entirely sure I like it yet... Ren's dress-thing and Crow's hat look pretty good, though...

Seto and Ren were pretty easy to draw. Their outfits didn't give me much trouble. Like I said, Ren's dress worked out well with the gradients. Seto's coat, as well, to a lesser extent. I simplified Seto's outfit and got rid of all the stuff he carries. I kept the locket though, because it was easy enough to draw, and I felt it was important. I wanted to draw PF, too, but I'm no good at drawing mechanical things. >_< Just pretend she's off screen, with the other characters I left out. Also, Seto looks like a girl every time I draw him. (Not like that's any different from usual...>_>)

Sai was a bit more difficult to draw, mostly because of her hat-thing, and all the bandages. The fact that she wears an eyepatch would be more trouble if she didn't wear her hair in front of her face. XD Saves me from having to draw the other half of her face, LOL. Her outfit wasn't too much trouble, but I'm not totally happy with how it looks. I couldn't remember what all her weird stitches/ghost markings/whatever looked like, so I made something up.

Crow is definitely the most difficult to draw. First off, he wears a hat. I am not good at drawing hats. I think the gradients definitely helped with that. Secondly, have you seen what he's wearing? What's up with that coat? I couldn't remember how the stripes were supposed to go, so I made it up as I went along. He's also got cat eyes, so I had to make his eyes totally different from the others. I am also not good at drawing spiky hair. Or scarves. Yeah, you get the idea. I also simplified his outfit. I ended up not even drawing all of his pointless random accessories, because I didn't feel like it. I still love him, even if he is a pain to draw~

I totally got lazy with the background ("Okay, I need a background? Okay, they are laying on grass. HOW DO I GRASS? I'M JUST GONNA MAKE A GREEN GRADIENT.") I just wanted to hurry up and draw the fireflies~ Why are there fireflies? BECAUSE IT'S SUMMER. YEAH.
No, really, it's just that I feel that the fireflies are a major symbol of the game and its atmosphere. They're sort of a recurring element. (They're also a gameplay mechanic that gets mentioned by the characters. XD) I'd say that the cats are also pretty iconic to the game, as well. Now I wish I could've fit in a cat~ >w<

Anyway, I'm sure there's a million things wrong with this that I'm too lazy to fix. Oh well~ Close enough. ^_^ It's at least pretty cute~ (LOL, no one's going to read this... I could write "TALLY-HO!" or "This reminds me of a puzzle" or "Make a contract with Kyubey" or "I heard you like Mudkipz" and no one would even care... >_<
