It's Miku~ And she's all sparkly~ This took forever!!! So worth it though, look at the sparkles and rainbows and blahblahblah~I spammed gradients SO much. Kind of a pain, but it looks pretty cool~
I drew this by hand, then scanned it and colored it. So much easier than trying to draw freehand on the computer.

The program I use is called Inkscape. I've been using it for about 2 years or so. It's free to download and it's pretty easy to use it with a mouse, because each line or whatever you draw is an "object" that you can move around/edit and stuff.
I tend to draw a sketch by hand, then scan it and color it. That's what I did on this one. It's easier for me that way since I have a hard time getting the proportions and whatnot right if I start on the computer.
