Wow, a clothed girl in my gallery! What's up with that?Hehe, well, i had gotten some (what i find to be strange) comments over the last few months by people saying they were uncomfortable with nudity, and they wished the image they commented on was clothed, but they appreciated the message anyway.
So, here's a clothed girl, for those uncomfortable with the natural.
Plus i have a question.
When someone says a girl looks frumpy, this is the kinda girl i picture. Which i think is attractive. Do i have that right? Is this the definition of "Frumpy" or am i way off?
Anyway, arm hair on girls is sexy.
Do most girls shave their arms, or do they naturally tend to not have as much hair there? Anyhoo, i've always liked it, so yah.
This is not based on anyone in real life or celebrity (although for some reason her face reminds me of the character Cindy in Freaks and Geeks - just the same type of friendly smile), she's just random things i imagine when i hear the word "frumpy" - although i also picture a cardigan sweater, as well, but i wanted to have her shoulders bare.

She looks more like a hippie to me. 'Frumpy' to me, has a connotation of 'old fashioned' and deliberately unnattractive. Also, the kind of clothes that old women tend to wear. For instance, 2 years ago, in my Operatic Society, the understudy for the role of Casilda used to wear the goofiest fifties-era dresses.
Also, to answer your question about arm-hair: I think most women naturally have less than men. Probably some women depilate everywhere but their head, but I and most girls I know don't shave our forearms no matter how visible our arm-hair is.

Well, she is dressed old-fashioned kinda ... well, again i forgot to use the cardigan sweater, which would have helped my case a little more, possibly. Frumpy in my mind has always been more of a posture type thing ... slouched shoulders, body fat that sags more, wearing tank-tops or t-shirts with cardigans and dress pants (damn, i should have drawn her with dress pants, too - i really just drew a hippy girl, didn't i? i should attempt this again) - but i've always found it to be sexy in my mind's description, hehe.
(I'm probably copying and pasting the above portion of this comment to everyone since i'm gonna have to re-type my own thoughts about it again for each one, haha)
