It doesnt say his back story on any episodes but on the episode Homecoming it shows the Doom Patrol and says his name.Β

If there is anything that punches me in the heart hard, its the thought of beast boy's past. Truely tragic, its why i love this kid to begin with cause he doesn't allow his past to keep him from enjoying life and putting smiles on the faces of people he truely cares about.
All in all, Very good/emotional for the lack of "words" this lil comic piece has.

Yeah but unfortunately he's not the same Beast Boy most of us know and love. Nothing personal against the people of Young Justice, but I don't like how they changed his back story and again nothing against the actor, but my opinion, Greg Cipes is the only True Voice of Beast Boy.
The tail part is cool though. I'll give them that haha

I remember that issue of the comic book where Beast Boy tells his origins. I always found it weird (or coincidental) how his mom looks exactly like Lara Croft.

Haha I read that too and looked up more on it and found out that the reason for that is because thats just how BB wanted to portray his mom as Laura Croft and his dad as Indiana Jones, to impress the kids and also I believe to him because they where a couple of his personal heroes.
