Now how could I go to Disneyland and not draw a Disney character, huh?

So this is how I passed a lot of time on the flight back and was my first real attempt to draw a Disney character since way back when I "drew" (ie: traced) Ariel a lot. And since this movie had me drawing nothing but mermaids (always from the back!) for two years, it seemed appropriate. Though, just for the record, Beauty and the Beast is my favorite.

Anyway, this was a LOT of fun, and I know it could be better, but I move on pretty quickly. And I'm happy with it anyway. And yes, I do tend to just make up the lighting and a lot of times I put light and shadow in places just because I like how it looks, even when it's totally wrong. It's a deep, deep flaw, I know this.
